Reporting and Contact Information

If you are a Tier II facility, please submit your reports directly to the State Fire Marshall via their Online Reporting Tool.

There is no additional need to mail a copy to the Washoe County LEPC as the LEPC has access to the State Fire Marshall's online reporting database.
